Lemos & Crane
Lemos&Crane has provided practitioners and policy-makers with information for action on social problems since 1994, working with professionals in social housing, local government, criminal justice agencies, schools and voluntary organisations as well as trusts and foundations.
Lemos&Crane runs PrisonerActionNet - a web-based support network for those working with prisoners, young offenders and ex-offenders to reduce reoffending in innovative ways including strengthening positive identity, relationships and re-integration in the community.
