A Working Group report on the role of arts in European prisons, as part of a major European conference on education and training in the context of prisons and the resettlement of offenders - with contributions from Prison Arts Network (PAN),Offender Learning Directorate at Manchester College and the irish Prison Service.
Co-hosted by the Hungarian Prison Service, the event brought together some 240 people from over 30 European countries, including all EU Member States.
